We guarantee the quality and safe arrival of your canvas wall art print; each print is freshly made to order and then shipped fully insured for your peace of mind. We are a print to order business which allows us to ensure that your new wall art piece is brand new and not sitting around in a warehouse gathering dust.  Please allow 10 - 14 days production and processing time.  Shipping time frames are in addition to production time frames and will vary depending on your location.

For standard shipping please allow 7-14 business days once production has been completed.  Larger items may take slightly longer as more care is needed.

If you choose to pay for the additional Express Shipping option, please remember that Express shipping DOES NOT mean express order processing, manufacturing, and handling.

International shipping varies depending on location; we have manufacturing facilities in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Singapore, and Hong Kong but please allow up to 30 days for remote locations.

Please note: Each country have their own import tax and duty laws.  As such your purchase may incur additional fees when it arrives in your country, please check the laws for your country before purchasing, we will not cover this fee when it arrives in your country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All of our orders are sent to you fully tracked via Australia Post or our nominated courier.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Tracking Number.

If you're purchasing as a gift and you wish to send an order directly to a friend or loved one, please rest assured that we do not include any pricing or invoice information when sending out our orders.
